QuantIQ Pro is a one-time paid educational plan. It is not a subscription and there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Because QuantIQ Pro is sold as a one-time access plan, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time. If you want your account deleted, email us from your registered email address.
You may request a full refund after completing at least 3 practice sessions if the diagnostic classification is not useful to you or if the paid platform is not functioning as described.
Refund requests should be sent to support@quantiqhq.com with your registered email address and payment reference, if available.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5-7 business days. Your bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment processor may take additional time to credit the amount back to you.
